AIT台北辦事處新處長 #孫曉雅 今天來外交部拜會吳部長，吳部長歡迎孫處長再度駐台任職，孫處長表示很高興再次派駐台灣，兩人交流了 #台美關係 與 #未來合作 等議題。
#吳部長期盼與美國繼續合作
吳部長提到近年台美關係有許多進展，特別感謝美國援贈台灣250萬劑疫苗；另外，就中國在全球各地持續擴張影響力，台灣期盼與美國等民主陣營國家合作維護印太區域乃至全球的和平、穩定及繁榮。
#孫處長希望繼續深化台美夥伴關係
孫處長表示，很高興再次派駐台灣，台灣在美國享有 #跨黨派一致支持，台美共享民主等普世價值，美國對台灣的承諾堅定不移，期盼在既有堅實基礎上持續深化台美合作夥伴關係。

New AIT Director Sandra Oudkirk had her first meeting with MOFA Minister Joseph Wu earlier today to discuss the #Taiwan-#US relationship and matters of concern for both countries.
Minister Wu welcomed Director Oudkirk on assuming her new role, stating that both countries will continue to build on their cooperative relationship, which has seen advances over recent years. These advances include the recent donation of vaccines by the US.
Minister Wu also pointed to China’s growing influence in the region and around the world and his hopes that both countries can work together to highlight Taiwan's role as a force for good on the international stage.
